Online ordering
These terms cover food orders placed through K Bistro’s website. Our online orders are for pickup at 954 Cypress Creek Parkway, Houston, TX 77090.
Your order details
Please check your items, options, quantities and pickup time before paying. Provide an accurate name and phone number so we can identify your order and contact you about it. An email address is not required to check out.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Selected add-ons and applicable sales tax are included in the checkout total. Tips are optional. Online payments are processed through Stripe. Review the final total before completing payment.
Availability and pickup
Menu items are subject to availability. Online ordering may be paused or unavailable outside ordering hours. Pickup and ASAP times are estimates; preparation time can vary. Please refer to your order confirmation for your pickup details.
Changes, cancellations and order issues
For a change, cancellation, missing item or refund request, please call K Bistro as soon as possible at 281-836-5510. We will review your request with you. Contacting us does not automatically cancel an order or issue a refund.
Food allergies
If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, contact the restaurant before ordering to discuss ingredients and preparation. Do not rely on menu descriptions or photos alone to determine whether an item meets your dietary needs.
